3. User Accounts

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited features with 10 boosts per month
  • Pro Plan: Full features with 120 boosts per month at $9.99/month

4.2 Boost System

  • Boosts are virtual credits used to access premium features
  • Different actions consume different amounts of boosts
  • Unused boosts do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Boost allocations reset monthly on your billing date

4.3 Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All sales are final; no refunds except as required by law

4.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

5. User Content and Conduct

  • You retain ownership of photos and content you upload
  • You grant us a license to process your content for service provision
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
  • You must not upload content that violates others' rights

5.2 Generated Content

  • AI-generated content is provided for your personal use
  • You may use generated content for your social media posts
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
